Get EE Mobile PAC code to keep number & switch to Mozillion network

Keep my EE Mobile number

How do I get a PAC code from EE Mobile & transfer my number to Mozillion?

Contact EE customer service by either dialing 150 from an EE Mobile, or 07953 966 250 from another phone, to ask for your PAC (Port Authorisation Code) when you give your notice to cancel your EE account.

If you wish to use the 'text-to-switch' service, simply send the SMS text PAC to 65075 free from your EE Mobile SIM to get your EE Mobile PAC code by text message and begin the porting process.
Alternatively, you can text STAC to 75075 if you want to switch and get a new Mozillion number instead of keeping and transferring your EE Mobile number.

  • EE Mobile will provide your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) either by SMS text message, email, over the phone if you contact them directly, or through an online EE Mobile login.
  • A PAC number is valid for 30 days. If you don't use it within thirty days it will expire and you will need to request a new one.
  • Your EE Mobile account will remain active until your number has been ported over to your new Mozillion network. After the transfer is complete, your old EE Mobile account will be automatically closed.

While you wait to get your PAC code from EE Mobile, find the best Mozillion online offer for you. Many of these exclusive mobile phone & SIM only deals are only available online, directly from the network providers listed here.

Got your EE Mobile PAC code?

Provide your PAC code from EE Mobile to Mozillion who will then be able to port your existing EE Mobile number. They will tell you what day the transfer is due to take place (usually within 48 hours).

Important: Do NOT cancel your SIM only or mobile contract before switching, otherwise you may lose your current phone number and be unable to port it over. Once you give Mozillion your EE Mobile PAC code, your old EE Mobile billing account will be closed automatically when your mobile phone number is successfully ported over.

Note: Topup credit on Pre-Pay / PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) accounts cannot be transferred over and so any remaining credit balance or bundles will be lost after the switch is complete. If you have any top-up credit left, one good option is to donate your remaining balance to a charity via SMS text message before porting your number.

Transfer my number to Mozillion

How to switch to Mozillion and keep my EE Mobile number?

First get your Mozillion deal and activate your new SIM card.

Once you have done that, get the following information ready for the step-by-step instructions:

  • Your old EE Mobile mobile phone number that you want to keep.
  • The EE Mobile PAC (Porting Authorization Code) from your previous network.
  • The expiry date of the PAC number (valid for 30 days from the date of issue).
  • The temporary mobile number from your new Mozillion SIM card activation.
  • You may also need the new Mozillion SIM card serial number found on the back as an additional security check.

You will be asked during the ordering process if you want to keep your old number and supply the PAC code from your previous mobile network provider. If you decide to transfer your mobile number later instead, you can contact the Mozillion customer support team by sending an email to help@mozillion.com or calling 020 4516 3885.

Note: You may lose network service for a short period on the day of transfer. If this happens, turn your phone off and on occasionally, until you see the Mozillion signal on your mobile phone screen. This will indicate that the transfer is complete, and you can now use your old phone number in your new mobile network provider.

About EE Mobile

EE (previously Everything Everywhere) currently has the largest network coverage in the UK, covering over 99% of the UK population with its 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. EE brought the first 4G network to the UK in October 2012 and launched the United Kingdom’s first 5G network in May 2019.

According to various independent speed tests, EE consistently ranks as the fastest mobile network operator in the UK, with the highest average download speeds and lowest latency on its 5G network, while its 4G network also delivers high speeds.

EE is a British mobile network operator, Internet service provider and a division of BT Group. As well as offering mobile services to consumers and small to medium sized businesses, EE also provides home and business broadband using mobile and fixed line connections.

The EE company was established in 2010 as a fifty-fifty joint venture between Deutsche Telekom and Orange S.A. (formerly France Télécom) through the merger of their respective T-Mobile and Orange businesses in the UK.
